• Order Process: Orders submitted through our online portal or finalized via our WhatsApp interface constitute an offer to buy. All orders are subject to availability.
• Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping within India for orders above ₹999. Shipping fees for orders under ₹999 will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
• Delivery Timeframes: Shipping times vary by region, typically taking 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery carriers.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. We support various secure payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and secure wallet transfers.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped by contacting our support team directly.
• Returns: Due to the artisanal and handcrafted nature of our souvenirs, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is physically damaged or defective.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product.
